Materials I used:
-Champagne Flutes
-Pointed Q-tips
-Any color nail polish (or any color acrylic paint)
-Disposable bowl or plate
Directions:
- Shake nail polish well, then pour into you’re disposable bowl or plate (use small amount at a time as the polish will start to get tacky and become uneven on glass)
- Turn champagne flute upside down, dip Q-tip into nail polish and start adding dots to the bottom to the flute. (Space dots further away from each other as reaching the top of the flute)
- Let nail polish dry
